Jul 29, 2011 - just got back from there. Trust me! this place sucks!!! Too hot! nothing to do, nothing to buy, nothing even worthy of taking photos of. Everything is run down . Even the tall buildings there were all abandoned and falling apart. I felt like we were in Haiti or Africa. When We came back to customs, they ask if we had anything to declare, we just laughed. As far as a place for tourist to go to and visit to enjoy themselves, freeport is NOT a choice that I would recomend to anyone. I'm not critisizing the people, or their homes. They were all nice and polite!! I'm only critisizing it as a place for people to spend their hard earned money on for a vacation.
