http://www.realityweekends.com - Canada, USA, UK Visitors meets Oistins, Barbados in the Caribbean. It is known for it's great Friday night fish fry. We tour Oistins during the day and meet with a fish vendor. She tells us about about her job and we take a first hand look and the Barbados Flying Fish, which is part of our national dish in Barbados. Cou Cou and Flying Fish. Rezza joins her while boning the fish. We also meet with a group of Canadians who talk about their trip to Barbados and how they like Barbados Beaches, Banks Beer, the safety of the island and their views on the Bajan people. Then we hit up the night life at OIstins where we do a cooking session with Bellamy's Bar. They fry up loads of Fish including, snapper and dolphin. Rezza takes a flip or two of the fish and heads off into the party at the Oistins fish festival.... We capture the tourists having a blast, dancing to the latest music, hip hop, pop and reggae. Everyone seemed as though they we having so much fun, shouting out that they were definitely coming back to Barbados.
