Oct 9, 2010 - Diving E.Timor is great for a number of reasons. Not as touristy as, say, Bali. Most dives are shore dives - and if you get seasick like me that's good news! Expensive to get there and shocking transport situation which makes getting around hard. Other infrastructure is sorely lacking as well. But nice water temps and the local people are still intrigued by tourists.
