It belongs to nobody but the ecosystem and rare visits by National Geographic. Everytime a person with white skin person comes here it's already mucked up. Although, Spanish is the dominant language, there are also 20 something Mayan languages spoken here, plus xinca (native language of unknown family), garifuna (language of the carribbean), German, Italian, and English.
