Buddha park is a very surreal park built in 1958 by Luang Pu about 30km outside of Vientiane, Laos. The statues are made of cement and are ornate, and sometimes bizarre, in design. The statues appear to be centuries old, though they are not. Its a very, very odd place. Loved it! More info at...
