Sep 11, 2008 - Oman must be nice, especially due to the scenery which is much more spectacular than that of most other gulf cities. I was in Kuwait a couple of years ago and found local people quite distant, to put it mildly, I guess they did not like me. Thus I only had to do with other foreigners like Indians etc. Are Omanis as arrogant as Kuwaitis?
