It was one of our best trips ever and Uzbekistan has a special place in our hearts. We already plan to go back next year or the year after. Next time we will go east.

Jan 25, 2010 - Thanks for the comment - yes, that was our experience in Samarkand - many of the people were Tajik - it was interesting to see the diversity of cultures in Uzbekistan and we were amazed at how many languages people in Uzbekistan spoke - thanks for your comment.
